2027 Model Year Guide: Leisure Travel Vans

Leisure Travel Vans (LTV), a subsidiary of Triple E that has been around for more than six decades, offers two models in its high-end European-styled Class C’s. Based in Winkler, Manitoba, the company makes the Wonder (base MSRP: $197,130), which is built on the Ford Transit chassis, and the Unity (base MSRP: $227,100), built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

Known for compact and streamlined motorhomes that don’t skimp on luxury, LTV does all of its designs in-house, requiring 500-plus drawings to build each unit. The company does its own steel fabrication, fiberglass mold-making and production, woodwork and custom curved cabinetry, and Ultraleather upholstery at the facility.

And the OEM listens to customer feedback. With that in mind, LTV has added the FX to its Wonder product line, one of its most flexible floorplans. LTV’s clever use of space just got smarter.

Wonder FX: Two Separate Living Spaces

The FX floorplan has been part of the Unity line for years and LTV is using the same principle: “Create more ways to live, relax, work and entertain without requiring a larger motorhome” on the Wonder. The 24’9” Wonder FX with a GVWR of 11,000 pounds, combines two distinct living spaces: At the front a lounging and sleeping area, and at the rear a second living area that can be configured with a sectional sofa or set up as a full office for those who want to work from the road.

At the front of the FX, there’s seating for four in style with the swiveling cab seats and the patented Leisure Lounge with two power-reclining high-back chairs. The flexible dining-table system has the occupants facing the entry door and large window over the kitchen. When it’s bedtime, the almost king-size 65”x74” Murphy bed lowers over the lounge and transforms the area into a bedroom suite complete with a panoramic window at the head of the bed.

The FX’s bonus room at the back is a versatile space that can be tailored for lounging with wide, comfy seats and a redesigned sectional sofa, storage drawers under the sectional and an optional Lagun table. Cabinets are overhead, and a smart TV with soundbar are available. The second choice for this rear space is an all-new office with an L-shaped counter that takes the place of the sectional. At the corner there’s plenty of room underneath for a chair, while integrated drawer storage is placed under the window.

The galley’s Corian countertop incorporates a deep stainless-steel sink and two-burner induction cooktop. LTV says that the galley was completely redesigned for additional workspace and a cleaner, more contemporary appearance. A removable countertop extension adds prep space and stows away out of sight.

The revamped dry bath has expanded vanity storage, open cubbies, an oval sink, a porcelain toilet and a new window that opens. The bathroom’s door is “expandable,” allowing for extra room when inside the lav, and then folds inward to give space back to the living area.

The Wonder is powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost gas engine and is available in an AWD. Base MSRP for the 2027 Wonder FX is $206,900 USD.

Updates for 2027

New standard features for the Wonder and Unity product lines include removable rubber floor mats in the baggage compartments to help with clean-up, an OTA antenna and a standard pull-down faucet.

New (optional) four-point hydraulic leveling jacks are available for all Wonder and AWD Unity models, allowing owners to stabilize and level their motorhomes with the touch of a button. The Starlink Mini as an option is offered on all LTV units.

Select Unity (TBX, Rear Lounge and Twin Bed) models are available in the AWD Sprinter 3500 Cab chassis with the option of matte-black front fender flares. Also available on the AWD chassis only is an optional secondary alternator battery charging system for those who want to spend more time off-grid.

With the addition of the Desert Shadow Package to the Wonder, there are now 10 exterior colors from which to choose. Desert Shadow includes the exterior Canyon paint, black aluminum wheels, Black Accent Package, and two-tone driver and passenger seats.
