Coast Technology Packs Release Across Stealth Al Suite

MANDEVILLE, La. — Coast Technology I, LLC, the company behind the Stealth Al Suite for RV, marine, and powersports dealers, released a major cross-product update spanning five products across its platform. The release lands at a moment when the broader dealership technology industry is racing to assemble what Coast Technology has spent six years building: a single platform where the website, the data, the CRM, the email, and the advertising all work together.

Recent consolidation in automotive technology, including Cox Automotive’s agreement to acquire Fullpath signals that the unified-platform thesis is now widely accepted across the industry.

“We’ve been building this for six years, and the rest of the industry is finally catching up to the idea,” said Rich Delancey, chief information officer of Coast Technology. “Our dealers don’t have to wait for consolidation to get a unified platform. They already have one, and today it’s bigger and more capable than it’s ever been.”

What’s new across the Stealth Al Suite

  • Stealth CDXP with Stealth Engage. A new dynamic email engine joins Audience Builder, Customer Journey, and Reporter inside the Customer Data Experience Platform. Stealth Engage runs eight productized workflows that meet each shopper where they are in their buying journey, adapting in real time to behavior, inventory, and intent.
  • Stealth CRM with Campaigns & Automations. A full CRM with dependency-based workflow automation, location-based lead routing, drip email and SMS campaigns, and inbound SMS-to-lead capture. When a shopper texts a dealer, a fully qualified lead appears inside the CRM with the shopper’s complete journey attached.
  • Stealth Inventory with Collections. Collections is a new two-way catalog capability. Dealers can create a collection — a “Summer Clearance” or “Manager’s Picks,” for example — and instantly activate it as an email campaign in Stealth Engage, a dedicated page on Stealth Web, or both. Or they can use Collections internally to efficiently manage shared images, videos, data, and merchandising across groups of similar units.
  • Stealth Web with NextGen Al-Native React Websites. Stealth NextGen is a new generation of dealership websites architected with Al at the core and tuned for speed. NextGen sites load significantly faster than legacy dealership website providers, feeding every page view directly into the Stealth data layer.
  • Syla Al Guide. Meet Syla, Stealth’s Al shopping assistant. What the industry has historically called a chatbot, reimagined as a full Al sales guide. Syla is integrated with the dealer’s inventory and CRM, answers shopper questions in real time, and turns conversations into fully qualified leads inside the CRM.

One platform, one shopper profile, one data layer

Today’s RV, marine, and powersports dealers typically run their businesses across five to seven separate vendors that don’t share a shopper profile or talk to each other. The Stealth Al Suite was built as one platform from the start. Every product, from Stealth Web and Syla to Stealth CDXP, Stealth CRM, Stealth Inventory, Stealth DSP, Stealth SEO, and Stealth Data, shares the same data layer.

“A shopper visits the website, chats with Syla, gets a personalized email, texts the dealer back, and walks onto the sales floor already known,” said Liz Martin, chief marketing Officer of Coast Technology. “By the time a salesperson says hello, they already know the shopper. That’s what one platform actually looks like.”
