After 45 years, Greg Guinn is retiring as president of Airxcel’s RV Products division, effective Aug. 30.
According to a press release, Guinn will be succeeded by veteran Rob Leach, previously Airxcel’s RV Products division vice president of operations.
Starting at the Coleman Co. in 1970, Guinn advanced through various sales and marketing, and management roles at Coleman and later RV Products where he took over as president in 2000.
“It’s been a great career at the Coleman Co. and Airxcel,” said Guinn. “I’ll miss the RV industry, the many friends I’ve made, and most of all I’ll miss the wonderful people at Airxcel. I’m looking forward to traveling this great country in our RV and spending time with family and friends.”
Leach, a native of Kansas, graduated from Pittsburg State University with bachelors in finance and engineering.
He started with the company in 2006 managing the engineering department. Over the next eight years, he earned increasing responsibilities for all manufacturing and facilities, and moved into the vice president of operations role in 2014.
“I’m excited about my new role as president, and to lead the company into the future with new, innovative products and services that bring real value to all our customers,” Leach said.
