Carriage Inc. has promoted Debra K. Albin to the position of CFO.
Albin, Carriage’s controller the last four years, replaced Jeffrey L. Miller, who recently was named CEO of the mid-to-highline towable manufacturer.
As CEO, Miller replaced Glenn Cushman, the Phoenix, Ariz., resident who led the investor group that acquired the Millersburg, Ind. company in 1999. Cushman had been as CEO since 2001.
Cushman continues as the principal owner of Carriage, chairman of its board and as a consultant to the sales department, concentrating on dealer relations and long-term corporate planning.
Miller said Albin “has been key to the company’s fiscal success since its purchase by Glenn Cushman.
“She has demonstrated the ability to continue to move the company ahead and her personality will fit in well with our other management team members.”
Albin lives in Goshen, Ind.
