Aliner/Columbia Northwest Inc., Mammoth, Pa., developed a unique twist on hybrid trailers with the Lil Demon teardrop travel trailer that features a hinged top with canvas-look sidewalls. The unit, which debuted at the National RV Trade Show in Louisville, can double as a utility trailer when portable interior furnishings are removed. Just 11 feet long and weighing about 700 pounds, the formed aluminum Lil Demon, equipped with a torsion axle and independent suspension, is capable of being towed by almost any vehicle, including motorcycles. Featuring standard sofa beds, rear stabilizer jacks and cabin and galley lights, optional equipment includes LED taillights, a travel toilet and an outside rear galley with sink and tanks. Lil Demon retails for a base price of $5,995.
