The Ally Academy and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center are teaming up to present the second in a three-part free webinar series on effective forecasting. The webinar, “Forecasting Effectively: Plan a Direct Route to a Profitable Year,” will be broadcast live on Feb. 27 at 11:30 a.m. (EST).
“We are committed to supporting dealers and helping them achieve their goals by providing access to comprehensive and proven training that prepares them for the challenges and issues facing the RV industry,” said Jim Whiteford, executive director of learning and development at Ally, in a press release.
Bill Tierney, an Ally trainer and 30-year veteran in the automotive business, will lead the webinar, sharing his experience in the industry to show how forecasting and key metrics help with planning and business management.
Webinar participants will learn:
- How forecasting can influence decisions.
- What metrics are key to dealers.
- Ways to calculate key metrics that help guide decision-making.
- Identifying market trends to right size a dealership.
