unnamedAmerican Coach announced an organizational restructuring with the appointment of Lenny Razo as the new director of the Decatur, Ind.-based motorhome builder.

“Throughout American Coach’s nearly 25-year history, our company has been driven by our focus to provide a customer-centric experience – before, during, and after the sale,” said CEO John Draheim. “As we relaunch the American Coach brand, we believe the best way to maintain that distinct level customer service is personal engagement with our customers and dealers.

“I am proud to announce the new director of American Coach, Lenny Razo. Effective immediately, Lenny will oversee product development – from concept to creation – but more importantly, Lenny will be active in the specific roles that will allow American Coach to expand the distribution channel, provide quality sales support, ramp up product innovation and technology, and deliver a distinct experience to dealers and customers.”

Razo has been with Fleetwood RV and American Coach, divisions of Allied Recreation Group (ARG), since graduating from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2000. During his tenure, Razo worked his way up through the sales division, beginning as a sales coordinator. He has served as a district sales manager, national sales manager, and director of Fleetwood RV and American Coach sales – Eastern Region. He has “built success in each position by focusing on building relationships with the Fleetwood and American Coach customer base and forging strong partnerships with the company’s dealer network,” the company said.

“I am excited to take on the role of director for American Coach. Reorganizing the structure of American Coach allows us to put even more emphasis into product quality, relationship-building and innovative product improvement,” said Razo, who will now be head of American Coach for North America. “We are experiencing a significant amount of growth and product expansion. We anticipate strong growth to continue into the future. I can’t wait to lead the charge for American Coach.

“In my years with Fleetwood and American Coach, two things have remained constant: We are blessed to be surrounded by an extremely loyal customer base, and we are well-represented by an invaluable network of dealers. We will continue to expand our presence for American Coach across the North America, and I am thrilled to be a part of this transition moving forward.”
