American Coach, a leading brand of luxury Class A diesel motorcoaches, announced that it has recently relocated and renovated an all-new “VIP” delivery center for American Coach owners to take delivery of recently purchased motorcoaches.
According to a press release, the “VIP” area has been relocated from the American Coach corporate production facility to a new location inside the Allied Recreation Group (ARG) parts and service center at the corner of 28th and Commerce Drive in Decatur, Ind.
“We are pleased with the transition into our all-new “VIP” delivery area,” said Lenny Razo, director of sales. “Our owners have always received a superior commitment to personalized attention. At the new location, our owners will experience the same professional attention but in a more comfortable and spacious environment that is conducive to providing a comprehensive introduction to their new motorcoach. Our team is excited.”
An Allied Recreation Group branded retainer provides access to a designated customer lounge in the “VIP” area for American Coach guests. Two parallel bays offer an upscale environment for VIP coach tours and introductions.
There is also adequate space for owners to park their old and new coaches indoors to transfer belongings from one to the other while avoiding rain, snow or high winds.
The all-new “VIP” area features a personalized welcome greeting at the entrance of the center. Inside is a comfortably-arranged living area where owners may socialize and relax prior, during and following their “VIP” introduction in a quieter, less populated location. A coffee bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, a television and luxury furnishings are all part of the whole experience.
