Mark D. Andersen recently was named the CFO of National RV Holdings Inc., replacing Brad Albrechtsen, who was promoted to the position of CEO.
Previously, Andersen was senior vice president and controller of the Country Coach Inc. subsidiary of National RV Holdings, a position he occupied since 1999.
Andersen, a CPA, has three years experience in public accounting and he was the controller of Country Coach from 1993 to 1999.
The promotion of Albrechtsen in late September was part of a major management shuffle at National RV Holdings which included the retirements of RV industry veterans Bob Lee and Wayne Mertes.
Gary Siegler, National RV Holdings’ largest investor, also resigned at the same time as chairman and CEO.
Doy B. Henley, and outside director of National RV Holdings Inc., was appointed chairman of the Perris, Calif.-based company in late September.
