Mark Andersen, who recently was promoted to executive vice president of Oregon-based County Coach Inc., has the assignment of “optimizing” the highline motorcoach manufacturer’s business, according to a statement issued today (June 1) by the National RV Holdings Inc. subsidiary.
Andersen was CFO of parent company National RV Holdings prior to his promotion.
Additionally, Paul Kellerman has been appointed director of business process management at Country Coach of Junction City, Ore.
In the near term, Andersen and Kellerman will focus on “completing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation begun several years ago and bringing (Country Coach’s) operational controls and efficiencies to a new level of sophistication,” according to the company. Kellerman, a 10-year Country Coach veteran, will continue being a key player in the optimization process.
“Paul’s background makes him uniquely qualified to serve this role,” Andersen said. “I look forward to working with him streamlining our operations to make our company processes the best they can be.”
Andersen’s work will cross all of departmental boundaries within the organization and he will have executive oversight for materials and process control, finance, human resources, environmental compliance, safety, training, information technology and public relations.
“Mark brings 18 years experience as controller, vice president and CFO, 12 of which have been with Country Coach,” said Jay Howard, president of Country Coach. “He has a long vested interest in our company and will play a key role in executing our business plan and growth objectives. We are excited about redirecting his talents to the Country Coach management group.”
