CanaDream Corp. announced that, in connection with the recently completed equity investment by Apollo Motorhome Ultimate Holdings Pty Ltd., it has appointed Luke Trouchet to its board of directors effective Sept. 1.

Trouchet is the co-owner and CEO of Australia-based Apollo Motorhome Holidays and its associated group of companies. His parents founded Apollo in 1985, and he grew up working in the business. In 1996 he joined Apollo full time as sales and marketing manager and became CEO in 2001 taking over full management control of Apollo.

He is a well known figure in the tourism industry leading Apollo to win many business awards. His entrepreneurial achievements were recognized when he won a prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Young Presidents Organization and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board.

CanaDream is a Calgary, Alberta-based tourism company that  operates a network of RV rental locations across Canada. 

Apollo is the largest privately owned leisure vehicle operator in the Southern Hemisphere with a fleet of over 3,000 vehicles and 300 employees. It has 10 branches in Australia, two in New Zealand and three in the U.S.
