The Great Outdoors Month Council announced Aspira as its new lead sponsor for 2018, according to a press release.

Dallas, Texas-based Aspira provides a comprehensive suite of reservation and licensing technology, and service solutions supporting federal, state, provincial and local government park, campground and conservation agencies, as well as private campground owners.

Aspira is supporting Great Outdoors Month throughout the month of June by helping state “recreation coordinators” introduce people to healthy, active outdoor fun in their states, enhancing recreation participation and growing the recreation economy.

It will also promote Great Outdoors Month signature events and activities to its network of outdoor recreation enthusiasts through digital marketing efforts, including promotion on its flagship website, ReserveAmerica.com, which attracts more than 17 million annual unique visitors, as well as through commercial partners, including retailers.

In addition to working with Recreation Coordinators, Aspira will assist state park and tourism agencies with crafting, producing and distributing Public Service Announcements (PSAs) featuring state Governors encouraging their residents and visitors to enjoy public lands and waters.

“Great Outdoors Month is an initiative that encourages people to connect with and enjoy the outdoors, a mission that aligns perfectly with our own,” said Mark Trivette, CEO of Aspira. “Aspira is proud to support the Great Outdoors Month initiative, along with the facilitators of events that celebrate the health and economic benefits brought forth by outdoor recreation. We look forward to providing our community of millions with convenient access to discover, learn about, and book recreational experiences across the country this month.”
