At least seven fire departments are on the scene this morning (April 8) of an industrial fire at a custom luxury motorhome manufacturer in Middlebury, Ind., emergency dispatchers say.
The Elkhart Truth reported that firefighters were called at 9:30 a.m. to NRC Modifications, 51045 Greenfield Parkway in Middlebury, a dispatcher for the Elkhart County 911 Center confirmed.
No injuries were reported.
At about 10:45 a.m., firefighters could be seen cutting through the sides of the building to better battle the flames inside. By noon the fire was contained and several fire crews were leaving the scene.
In addition to luxury motorhomes, NRC Modifications also builds toters and specialty units.
