FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Blue Compass RV today (Feb. 9) announced its acquisition of Coach-Net.
Since 1987, Coach-Net has been providing peace of mind to members and supporting them with benefits that help them enjoy the RV lifestyle to the fullest, according to a release. Coach-Net is a premier provider of roadside and technical assistance 24/7/365 with a network of more than 40,000 roadside assistance providers in the United States and Canada.
“We established a partnership with Coach-Net in 2019 to provide member benefits including technical and roadside assistance for all customers that purchase a new or used RV from one of our over 100 stores across America,” said Jon Ferrando, founder, CEO and president of Blue Compass RV. “The level of customer service and benefits that Coach-Net provides for RV customers is second to none in the industry. We are excited to invest in the growth of Coach-Net to provide even more benefits for RV customers and the network of dealers who sell the roadside assistance program.”
Blue Compass closed the acquisition on Feb. 8. Coach-Net will continue to operate as a separate business supporting all customers of Coach-Net under its relationships with OEMs, RV rental partners, dealers and individuals.
“David Ostlund will continue as president of Coach-Net,” said Ferrando. “Under his leadership in recent years Coach-Net has excelled to provide the highest quality roadside and technical assistance products offered in the RV industry, while building a great culture aligned with ours to provide an exceptional work environment and customer experience.”
“Our team is excited to join the Blue Compass RV family,” said Ostlund. “With the support from Blue Compass we are positioned to continue developing value added products and services for our RV members and key partners including OEMs, dealers, RV renters, and individual RV owners.”
