Bob Hurley RV announced the purchase of 17 acres of land south of its current property in Tulsa, Okla., allowing the dealer to nearly triple the size of operations and making it one of the largest dealerships in the multi-state region.
According to a release, plans for the expansion include added parking for more RV inventory, an RV consignment area and an expanded service area. The new land acquisition will bring total property to just over 30 acres, allowing room for immediate and future growth, including the construction of a new service and parts facility to meet growing demand.
“Bob Hurley RV has experienced unprecedented growth in the industry, mainly due to the quality of our workforce and centralized U.S. location. People from 47 states have purchased RVs from our dealership in the four short years we have been open,” said Kim Siex, Bob Hurley RV general manager, noting the Bob Hurley Auto Group opened the RV dealership in October, 2013.
“In the past 40 years, 2016 was the best year for national RV industry. Bob Hurley RV has recognized a strong demand in the Midwest and we are determined to be the industry leader in this region. Tulsa is a very ‘RV friendly town’, within one day’s drive for a large part of the RV market, making it convenient for people to shop online and travel here to complete their purchase,” added Siex.
