Braxton Creek RV announced that Bill Westbrook of newly formed Victory Formation Sales has signed an agreement making the company the exclusive selling agent for Braxton Creek products into the Eastern U.S. market.

Under terms of the agreement, Westbrook and the Victory Formation team will exclusively represent the complete lineup of Braxton Creek products, and will work to expand the Braxton Creek dealer distribution network.

“With Bill’s extensive RV background, his retail RV experience, and his incredible knowledge of the dealer network, this was obviously a partnership opportunity we could not pass up,” said Braxton Creek CEO Jim Jacobs in a press release. “When this idea was first discussed, Bill was immediately enthusiastic, and set about creating his Victory Formation Sales company. Our ownership team understand the potential, and how this is a completely seamless fit.”

“Working with a great new company like Braxton Creek RV, that has the same shared values, a strong leadership team in place, and an ownership group that is involved every day, made this an easy decision,”  stated Westbrook. “I’ve known Jim Jacobs for 30 years, and could not be more excited about the growth opportunity in front of us. The Braxton Creek team is uniquely focused on quality, innovation, and treating their dealers as true business partners.”

“We look forward to having Bill join the team, and we can’t wait to really get things jump started with all of the great new products we will introduce at the RVX Show in March. It’ll be a great opportunity for us to officially launch our partnership with Victory Formation Sales, renew some old acquaintances, and most of all continue to execute on our strategy of limited distribution, focused on the best fitting dealers in the market,” added Jacobs.

Prior to forming Victory Formation Sales, Westbrook was involved in the RV industry for over 30 years, most recently as a regional sales representative for Brunswick’s Land and Sea division. Prior to that Bill owned and operated Cenla Camping Center, a business started by his parents in 1958.
