Campers Inn RV, a family-owned RV dealership headquartered in Kingston, N.H., today (July 21) announced the addition of Ed Unger III as regional director.

According to a news release, Unger will oversee three newly acquired Campers Inn RV locations in Hatfield, Pa., Ellwood City, Pa., and Stafford, Va. These three locations represent Campers Inn RV’s latest expansion into new regions of the eastern United States.

“We are delighted to welcome Ed aboard to drive our expansion into Pennsylvania and Virginia,” said Jeff Hirsch, president of Campers Inn RV.  “He has a wide range of experience in the RV industry, and our new acquisitions will benefit greatly from his knowledge and proven leadership abilities.”

Unger joins Campers Inn with 16 years of experience in the RV industry, where he performed multiple roles for Tom Raper RVs and Camping World Inc., including finance, sales and IT director. Most recently, he served as a corporate sales manager responsible for managing three locations in Indiana and Ohio.

“My goal is to grow these stores, see them reach their potential and continue our expansion into new areas,” Unger said. “I am looking forward to building partnerships with both manufacturers and customers, as well as ensuring Campers Inn RV’s commitment to being a trusted resource in the industry.”

“The entire staff has been very welcoming. I believe the Hirsch family runs this business with integrity, and they care deeply about their customers and employees,” Unger added. “I am excited about the opportunity to be a regional director and contribute to the future growth of the company. My faith is very important to me, and I believe the Lord has led me in this direction.”

With the acquisitions of these new stores, Campers Inn RV is hiring qualified and experienced dealership personnel. The company is also seeking a regional service director for this new region, and for all positions including sales, finance and service. Applicants may send resumes to [email protected].
