The location, named Camping World of Idaho Falls, will offer a wide array of RV sales, service, parts and accessories for the outdoor enthusiast and joins a dealer network that spans over 100 U.S. locations with nearby SuperCenters in Meridian, Idaho (Boise area), Salt Lake City and Rapid City, S.D.
The Camping World of Idaho Falls facility is a relocation from the OK Trailer RV dealership formerly located in Shelley, Idaho that Camping World acquired in the fall of 2014.
“The acquisition of the OK Trailer dealership last year was an exciting development as the Idaho Falls market is an ideal area for us to expand our business offering,” said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman of Camping World and Good Sam, and host of CNBC’s The Profit. “In our ongoing efforts to offer consumers a convenient, one-stop location to serve all their outdoor and RV needs, we acquired space for a new, larger facility that is conveniently located just off I-15 and less than 9 miles north of the previous facility.”
The grand opening will feature price specials, door prizes and a ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 21 at 11 a.m., which will be attended by the local Chamber of Commerce and representatives from the city of Idaho Falls. A live radio remote will be on-site Aug. 22 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with adult contemporary station KLCE (97.3FM). Additionally, free lunch will be offered on Saturdays during the grand opening event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
