The check was presented to CFF founder Brad Keselowski at the Aug. 16 Camping World Truck Series, Careers for Veterans 200 race, at Michigan International Speedway.
“The partnership between Draw-Tite and the Checkered Flag Foundation showcases how two great entities can work together for a common good,” said Tom Benson, president of Cequent Performance Products. “Brad’s foundation allows both BKR and Cequent the chance to help those who sacrifice themselves and their time for others.”
Cequent’s Draw-Tite brand has been a sponsor of the Brad Keselowski Racing team since 2011. The Checkered Flag Foundation, which honors military members, veterans, first responders and their families, was started in 2010.
Cequent also celebrated its annual company picnic during the Aug. 16 race with nearly 300 employees on hand to watch the check presentation and the race that followed.
