Cequent Performance Products (CPP) hosted a company booth while conducting training seminars on its lineup of towing products as part of America’s Largest RV Show held Sept. 8-14 at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pa.

According to a press release, Tom Romero and Joe Riexinger provided on-site training sessions for RV dealers and consumers on the company’s Reese, Tekonsha and Bulldog brands that were showcased in the Cequent exhibit booth.

The first day of training at the show was reserved for RV dealers as Romero introduced the latest products, features and installation tips for Reese fifth-wheel hitches, rail kits, weight distribution, and pin box upgrade replacements along with Tekonsha brake controls and Bulldog powered trailer jacks.

“It’s incredibly satisfying to be able to provide RV dealers with technical installation and set-up information on our RV products, which helps then to improve their service department efficiencies and effectiveness,” said Romero, technical training director.

The Cequent team utilized the subsequent four days to conduct training seminars for the public. The one-hour seminars focused on the same products and procedures as the training held for dealers.

“It’s great to be able to bring the customers in, show them the products, and explain the new features of each,” said Field Technical Trainer Riexinger.

The annual show, hosted by the Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA), covers almost a million square feet of space with more than 1,300 RVs on display. Attendance this year was estimated at close to 50,000.
