In response to continued growth, Challenger Door announced that Michael Reid has been promoted to operations manager. Reid has served as customer service manager at Challenger for the last three years.
According to a press release, Reid will work alongside Challenger Door’s leadership team to develop and implement global growth opportunities and the evolution of the company in the marketplace.
Reid’s previous experience includes customer service, operations, and production. Since joining Challenger six years ago, he has held positions in order entry, parts, and served as warranty and customer service manager.
“Michael has definitely earned this spot on our team,” stated Merlin Yoder, Challenger Door’s president. “He brings a well-rounded background and a people first mentality that will serve him well in this new position.”
“It is an honor to serve here, and to work to develop the role of Operations Manager at Challenger,” stated Reid, “and to focus the knowledge that I’ve gained and developed over the last few years in a new direction.”
