The celebration of RV/MH Hall of Fame’s Class of 2019 will be held on Aug. 5 at the Northern Indiana Event Center, located in the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.
Darryl Searer, president of the RV/MH Heritage Foundation said in a press release, “The festivities for the 2019 Induction Dinner celebration begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar cocktail party, followed by the dinner and induction ceremonies at 6:30 p.m. I hope a record number of friends and colleagues of the inductees and industry members will join us in honoring these outstanding industry pioneers who have had a major impact on our professions and lives.
“This event is truly a major industry affair. It not only honors the inductees who have attained a major milestone in the lives and careers, it’s also an opportunity to network with industry leaders who normally attend the event.”
Those being inducted in the Class of 2019 include:
RV inductees: Randy Biles, Pikes Peak Traveland; Jeffrey P. Few, Automation & Manufacturing Systems; Bruce Hopkins, Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA); Lance Wilson, Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA); and Daryl Zook, KZ RV.
MH inductees: Richard “Dick” Ernst, Financial Marketing Associates Inc.; John Carey, Modern Home Sales and Midwest Homes; Leo Poggione, Craftsman Homes; D. Raymond Broderick, Superior Homes; and Walter “Wally” Comer, Adventure Homes LLC.
Searer noted that attendees will also be able to view the Foundation’s overall progress and important additions to the facilities and grounds. “If visitors haven’t been to Hall of Fame and Museum for a while, I’m sure they will be pleasantly surprised,” he said.
The 2019 RV/MH Hall of Fame Golf Classic Fundraiser also will be held on the morning of Aug. 5. The venue will be announced at a later date. Searer also noted that the Foundation is seeking sponsors for the various Induction Dinner and golf events.
