Young Execs LogoCoach-Net will sponsor a networking reception for the Young RV Executives during the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo in Las Vegas, Nov. 10-14. The reception will take place Nov. 12 from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m.

“Long an ally of dealers and the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA), Coach-Net is now making a commitment to the next generation of dealers with its support for the Young RV Executives program,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “We are grateful for their support of this program.”

Coach-Net Vice President Dan Lopez offered, “As a continuation of Coach-Net’s 27-plus year commitment to the RV industry, we are honored and excited to sponsor the Young RV Executives of today. We understand that these executives are the future of our industry and hold the keys to its long-term success. Coach-Net appreciates the ingenuity and vision that younger professionals bring to the table.  That new perspective combined with the training and education provided by the RV Learning Center will take our industry to places we have never seen.”

In addition to the reception being underwritten by Coach-Net, there will be numerous education and training opportunities targeted to meet younger members’ professional development needs. This is the second year the convention is offering up-and-coming dealership professionals the opportunity for education and training that meets their unique needs as well as the chance to socialize and network with other younger members.

“Effectively Leading and Managing as a Young Executive,” will be presented by David Spader in the Dealer/GM track on Nov. 13 from 10:15–11:15 a.m. Spader, of Spader Business Management, will cover the five most common mistakes young leaders and managers make and delineate the difference between leading and managing in a dynamic and engaging one hour session.

Beyond the leadership session, younger attendees will find numerous workshops tagged with the Young RV Executives logo. These sessions are being chosen from the program as best meeting the needs of younger professionals and will be announced in the weeks leading up to the convention.

The convention is sponsored by RVDA, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
