A state court judge in Colorado has dismissed all claims against Camp Coast to Coast Inc. and its parent company, Affinity Group Inc., related to a lawsuit brought by campground operator Raymond Novelli.

The judge ruled there was no evidence of a link between actions taken by Coast to Coast and losses incurred by Novelli’s campground, Travel America Inc.

Novelli claimed that Camp Coast to Coast acted improperly when it outlined to its members the options available to them to continue their membership, following the disqualification of Novelli’s campground from Coast to Coast during the summer of 1997.

“We knew we had always acted in the most ethical manner and always in the best interests of our members,” said Gene Everett, president of Coast to Coast.

Coast to Coast is a reciprocal membership network including almost 1,000 affiliated resorts, and campgrounds in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
