Shipments of conversion vehicles from manufacturers to auto dealers continued dwindling in April, according to data compiled by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA).

Van conversion deliveries plunged 50% in April to 3,900 units and were down 54.4% during the first four months of this year to 13,100 units.

Meanwhile, shipments of converted pickups fell 63.6% in April to 1,600 units and were down 54.1% during the first four months of this year to 6,100 units.

Deliveries of converted sport utility vehicles declined 55.6% in April to 400 units and were down 28.6% during the first four months of this year to 2,000 units.
