RumbleOn, an online powersports marketplace, announced the appointment of Kevin Cooper as director of specialty vehicles to support its planned expansion into the boat and RV markets.
 
According to a press release, the RumbleOn platform simplifies the buying, selling, trading and financing process with an efficient and scalable acquisition and distribution model with inventory and data centered around VIN. Cooper will spearhead plans for expansion beyond motorcycles later this year and into 2019, offering consumers and dealers the opportunity to create liquidity for their assets.
 
Prior to joining RumbleOn, Cooper most recently was the director of specialty vehicles for Manheim auctions, a division of Cox Automotive, where he was responsible for overseeing operations, sales strategy and marketing efforts across its 23 branded specialty locations. Before Manheim, Cooper spent six years with MarineMax Inc. managing used boat inventory in the Central U.S. region.
