Country Coach Inc. announced Monday (July 27) the immediate availability of full customer parts research and fulfillment support. The Junction City, Ore.-based luxury motorcoach manufacturer has authorized Specialty Logistics Inc. (SLI) as the exclusive provider of parts support to Country Coach motorcoach owners.
“We are making it easier for Country Coach owners to buy parts for their motorcoaches,” said Jim Howard, Country Coach senior vice president of sales and service. “SLI not only brings decades of experience in efficient shipping, but has also assembled a team of Country Coach parts specialists with decades of CC-specific experience.”
Randy Stout, co-owner and business manager for Eugene, Ore.-based SLI, said he is enthusiastic about the collaboration between the two companies. “We have spent considerable time coordinating with Country Coach to prepare for our launch. As a result, we expect to be able to get to the right information for our customers with reasonable efficiency.”
Stout also noted SLI’s intent to provide a seamless customer experience, and that SLI has worked closely with Country Coach’s information technology department to more easily share data and phone traffic.
