Country Coach Inc. announced that it has established an expanded partnership with Onan Corp. and that supplier’s Coach Care Service Center Network.
Country Coach owners will be able to obtain “bumper to bumper” authorized RV service and repair from 14 Coach Care Centers located across the U.S., according to a release by the Junction City, Ore.-based RV maker, a subsidiary of National RV Holdings Inc., Perris, Calif.
Brands covered in the program include Onan, Cummins, DynoMax, Suburban, Atwood, Spartan, Norcold, HWH, Country Coach, Workhorse and RV Products.
“We want our customer’s experience to be as efficient as possible,” said Jim Howard, vice president of sales and service for Country Coach. “The partnership with Coach Care offers more service choices specifically geared to RV service and repair. Coach Care technicians are factory trained and we’ve dedicated staff to serving their needs exclusively.”
In addition, the Quick Serve system at Coach Care Centers guarantees Country Coach Owners an interview, diagnostics and feedback by a certified technician within 60 minutes of their arrival to the site, according to the release. Warranty authorization is expedited with a dedicated Country Coach hotline and in-field approvals, while a rapid-ship parts program quickly fulfills parts requirements.
“The need for experienced, professional RV service centers keeps growing, particularly as we see Baby Boomers continue to embrace the coach-life lifestyle,” said Richard Coon, director of RV business for Minneapolis-based Onan Corp., a business unit of Cummins Power Generation and a division of Cummins Inc., Columbus, Ind. “Both companies want to see owner satisfaction with Motorcoaches continue to rise.”
Each Coach Care location offers 24-hour emergency service, a dedicated RV customer lounge, dump stations, LP gas and complimentary hook-ups. Many include internet access and other amenities.
