Country Coach Inc. recently opened a new Learning Center next to its corporate offices in Junction City, Ore., offering training programs to the company’s employees, dealers and customers.
According to a press release, the high-end motorhome builder appointed 21-year veteran staff member Carol Taylor Clay as its training manager to implement programs and coordinate ongoing technological training. The programs supported by this initiative will train several hundred Country Coach employees each year.
The Learning Center is an extension of Country Coach’s current programs, which include leadership training through the Dale Carnegie organization and comprehensive service technician training for the company’s dealer body.
Technical seminars are also available to customers throughout the year at all Country Coach International rallies.
The company said a $60,000 grant was recently awarded to the company to support its ongoing training initiatives.
