High-line manufacturer Country Coach Inc.’s 2006 top-of-the-line Affinity 700 diesel pusher motorhome, introduced at the Family Motor Coach Association’s (FMCA) 73rd International Convention March 21-24 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds, Perry, Ga., can be customized to fit consumers’ tastes. “There are up to four slideouts, and after that it’s every bit like converting a Prevost,” said Matt Howard, director of marketing. Featuring four 40- to 45-foot basic floorplans, each with two to four slideouts, such amenities as cabinet and seating configuration are left to the buyer. The Affinty 700 is built on Country Coach’s 52,000-pound GVWR DynoMax chassis equipped with a 12.5 liter, 525-hp Caterpillar C13 engine. Featuring a 102-inch widebody frame, the Affinity is built on a steel cage superstructure with vacuum-bonded fiberglass roof and walls, and retails from $650,145.
