Crane Co. completed its purchase of Noble Composites Inc. on Friday (Sept. 29). Goshen, Ind.-based Noble Composites Inc. supplies high-gloss composite panels to motorhome and travel trailer manufacturers. Crane announced in August it planned to pay $72 million for the Goshen firm.
Founded in 2002, Noble Composites employs approximately 155 people and had sales in the last 12 months of $45 million.
Crane is based in Stamford, Conn., and is a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products. The publicly held company’s stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
It services the aerospace, electronics, hydrocarbon processing, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, automated merchandising, transportation and other markets through five divisions with 10,500 employees worldwide.
