Cummins Inc. announced that Tony Satterthwaite, vice president/president for Cummins Power Generation will become president of the company’s distribution business unit, succeeding Vice President and President Pamela Carter who is retiring.
According to a news release, Antonio Leitao, vice president of power products for Cummins Power Generation, will succeed Satterthwaite as the leader of that business unit. Both assume their new roles, April 1.
Satterthwaite has been leading the power generation unit since 2008. He has been with Cummins since 1988, serving in a variety of roles with that business unit. He graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s civil engineering in 1982 and received a master’s business administration from Stanford University in 1988.

Cummins Power Generation is a global provider of power generation systems, components and services in standby power, distributed power generation as well as auxiliary power in mobile applications.
