Dealers are invited to a timely webinar that will break down the top ten most important points of summer employee management.  The free webinar from the Mike Molino RV Learning Center will take place on Thursday (May 28) at noon ET.

According to a press release, dealer webinars are provided by the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association’s (RVDA) strategic partner KPA as part of the array of educational offerings available through the RV Learning Center. Register online.

There are many facets to hiring, managing, and terminating employees, and these become even more complicated once summer begins. Suddenly a manager can be faced with hiring temporary workers, interns, and approving vacation requests when there isn’t enough time to go around. A misstep could land dealers in legal hot water. This webinar will clarify ways to protect yourself and your dealership.

KPA’s expert presenters, Nancy Holt and Patrice Clair, will help dealers understand how to minimize risk in these matters. They will discuss: hiring temporary workers, hiring interns, what kind of work interns can legally complete, and how to manage vacation requests.

If unable to attend at the scheduled time or want specific employees to experience this webinar at another time, dealers can register anyway and receive links to the materials for later viewing. Dealers interested in prior webinar topics will find them on the RV Learning Center’s webinar page.  On this page dealership personnel can access the recorded webinar and download the slides to learn more about important topics including the Family and Medical Leave Act, Nontraditional Recruitment Strategies for Dealership Hiring, and much more.
