Holiday RV Superstores Inc., the Florida-based dealership chain doing business as Recreation USA, will move its headquarters from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale, which is near the home of the company’s chairman, Mike Riley.

The company will continue operating “a regional office” in the Orlando area, Recreation USA spokesman Andy Williams said.

Riley also heads Atlas Recreational Holdings Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based investment firm, which bought control of Holiday RV Superstores about a year ago from its founder, Newt Kindlund.

The company will maintain a regional office in Orlando because it has six dealership locations in Central Florida including two in Ocala and one each in Clermont, Inverness, Tampa and Winter Garden, Williams said.

It also has locations in North Fort Myers, Fla., Spartanburg, S.C., Las Cruces, N.M., Prosperity, W.Va., Wytheville, Va., Bakersfield and Sacramento, Calif.
