Investigators believe a fire early Thursday (March 18) morning at RVs of Merit, a dealership in Cathedral City, Calif., was the work of an arsonist, according to TV station KESQ of Palm Springs.
The fire was reported shortly before 5 a.m. Thursday and when firefighters arrived, one motorhome and two towable RVs were “fully involved,” KESQ reported.
The damage was estimated to be between $250,000 and $300,000, according to the TV station.
No suspects were in custody as of late Thursday.
