Dehco Inc., parent of distributors Cast Products and TriStar, has restructured its senior management to centralize operations and streamline client service.
The reorganization “consolidates both companies under the the Dehco umbrella” and is an extension of the synergies created when Dehco acquired TriStar in 1999, according to the Elkhart, Ind.-based firm.
“Cast and TriStar will still operate as separate companies and will continue to do business as usual,” said Jim Schwartz, Dehco’s president and CEO. “The restructuring simply expands corporate responsibilities to increase efficiencies for Dehco and ultimately our customers.”
The moves include the promotions of Wayne Kaylor and Tom Nagy to Dehco management roles. Kaylor assumes companywide responsibilities as executive vice president of sales and Nagy now is executive vice president of operations.
Additionally, William Shroyer is executive vice president of finance.
Dehco will begin transferring TriStar operations and employees from Goshen, Ind., to nearby Elkhart beginning on Friday (March 15).
Dehco also owns adhesive manufacturer Colorimetric in nearby Mishawaka, Ind., but it will undergo “very few internal changes,” Schwartz said.
“One of the advantages presented when Dehco acquired TriStar was the ability to enhance our offerings to each other’s client base because we carry completely different products,” Schwartz said. “With similar customers, it just makes sense to combine operations and delivery which will improve quality control and overall service.”
Cast is a national distributor of construction products and components to the manufactured home and RV industries. TriStar designs and distributes specialty electronic products to the RV industry and several other industries.
