DexKo Global Inc., a a supplier of trailer running gear and chassis assemblies and related components, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Preston Chassis Industries Pty Ltd. (PCI) through its wholly-owned Australian subsidiary AL-KO International Pty Ltd.
According to a press release, PCI has a long history in the Australian caravan industry, supplying chassis for over 40 years under the direction of its founders, Fred Pasquale and Ozzie Mammola who sought a strategic buyer who would grow the business upon their retirement. PCI manufactures chassis and other products from multiple facilities in Campbellfield, Victoria.

Financial details concerning the deal will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to standard conditions and regulatory approval.
