Elkhart, Ind.-based Dicor Corp. affiliates Dicor Products and United Shade have added key support personnel to assist with client service, product development and market development.
The company reported in a press release that Justin McCuddy joins Dicor Products as an additional account manager for OEM sales of roofing membranes. In his previous work experience, McCuddy has handled multi-functional roles, including merchandising, management, purchasing, customer relations, training, scheduling, sales and inventory control.
“We’re pleased to put on additional staff so that we can continue to provide and improve on our superior customer service, whatever the demands of the industry may be,” said Gregg Fore, president of Dicor. “In his young career, Justin has already handled a wide range of responsibilities, including facilitating customer orders. We believe our customers will enjoy working with him and find him quite helpful in a variety of ways.”
Also, Tim Wise has joined United Shade as an industrial process engineer and DeAnn Devenney has been added to the sales team of United Shade’s contract division, which offers shade and window treatment solutions for commercial facilities.
Wise’s responsibilities will include product development and technical support for current products, including install audits and product testing. His background includes a number of technical and managerial positions, and a strong knowledge of 12-volt DC electrical systems. He is also currently involved in course work related to information technology.
“Tim is a great addition to our ‘solutions team,’” said Bob Keller, general manager of United Shade. “He’s here to help our customers resolve installation issues and other challenges they may face. He’ll also conduct product testing and work with other team members to provide new product choices.”
Devenney will spearhead market research and help develop new clients. She will connect with commercial architects and builders in such fields as hospitality, healthcare, educational facilities, multi-family housing and other commercial environments. She brings 30 years of managerial and technician experience in the healthcare industry to her new position, which she calls “an exciting second career for me.”
“The contract division has established some very good relationships with our customers in recent years and we’ve had a significant growth in sales,” said Suzy Adamson, sales manager for the contract division. “DeAnn represents an important expansion of our capabilities in that regard.”
