Dometic Corp. will expand its line of premium RV cleaning products through a strategic alliance with The Fuller Brush Company.
According to a press release, the company will also manufacture existing Dometic sanitation products marketed under the SeaLand brand name.
“We’re very excited about this growing relationship with The Fuller Brush Company,” said John Waters, president of Elkhart, Ind.-based Dometic Corp. “Fuller’s manufacturing strengths and our marketing strengths will blend to make a major impact on the RV and marine chemical markets.”
Initially, 13 new household-grade cleaning products will be introduced under the Dometic brand name early in 2006.
“RV cleaning and sanitation products are fast-growing domestic and international markets,” said Brad Sargent, vice president of marketing for Dometic.  “We’ve maintained a presence in those markets for several years, but the added capabilities Fuller Brush provides will help Dometic be the dominant player in both.”
The alliance, which has been in planning since June 2004, will leverage Fuller’s 600,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Great Bend, Kan.
