Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV) today (April 15) announced that John Draheim is retiring as president of the company’s Allied Recreation Group (ARG), effective immediately. ASV reported in a news release that Tim Sullivan, ASV president and CEO, will serve as interim president of ARG until a successor is named while Draheim will remain as special advisor to help facilitate the transition.
ARG produces Class A and Class C motorized RVs under four iconic and industry leading brands – American Coach, Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler and Monaco – at its manufacturing facility in Decatur, Ind.
“I would like to thank John for his significant contribution to ARG’s growth over the past seven years,” Sullivan said. “ARG is performing strongly today and has one of the strongest brand portfolios and new product lineups in the industry.”
Draheim added, “I am extremely proud of what the ARG team has accomplished and grateful to have had the opportunity to lead such a collection of iconic brands. In the near term, I look forward to working with Tim to find a talented replacement and ensure that ARG continues to build industry leading products for its customers and dealers.”
