Coach, consultant, author and business executive Michael Duke will help dealers get ready for the recovery and coach their teams to legendary service during a special workshop Monday, Nov. 30, in Louisville, Ky.
In this workshop, dealers will discover how to motivate teams and lead like a coach, according to a news release from the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA). When leaders “coach to goals,” they can realize the value each employee brings to work each day. It is a leadership strategy that balances the need for relationship and accountability.
During the 2 1/2-hour workshop, Duke will offer an enlightening change of perspective that revolutionizes traditional leadership methods. His core belief is that at the center of all success is the realization that people are our greatest asset. Duke’s maxim is simple, yet powerful: value; challenge; and empower people and businesses will prosper. Click Here to learn more about Duke and watch him in action.
