unnamedGoshen, Ind.-based Dutchmen Manufacturing Inc. today (Feb. 24) announced the launch of a new marketing automation platform, Aimbase.

Incorporated into the all-new Dutchmen.com website, Aimbase monitors and manages consumer website behavior, captures user submitted data into a searchable database, and provides automated lead nurturing all while delivering quality leads to Dutchmen dealers in real time.

“One of our goals in modernizing and relaunching Dutchmen.com was to dramatically increase the quantity and quality of leads we send to our dealers,” said Troy James, vice president of sales for the Thor Industries Inc. division, in a press release. “Our new website with its intuitive design, ease of navigation and emphasis on selling the RV lifestyle is already generating interest in Dutchmen products. The addition of Aimbase to the site will enable us to convert more of this traffic into sales.”

Other benefits of the new Aimbase marketing platform include the ability of dealers to access all their Dutchmen leads through a dashboard showing progress of that lead in the sales cycle. In addition, dealers have the capability to export leads into their dealership database and use them for mailings, open houses or other follow-up events.

“Lead information is supplied to our dealers in great detail including information like the specific floorplan the customer is interested in along with any options they have selected. The availability of this detailed information makes it possible for our dealers to reach out to potential customers in a very personal way,” said James. “The goal was to make our marketing activity more efficient, while simultaneously improving the brand experience our customers have with Dutchmen. We are already seeing success at both levels.”
