Equine Motorcoach, builder of all-in-one RV and horse transports, has hired Ben Yates as national sales manager for its expanding lineup of Equine Carriage horse trailers and Equine Carriage ST trucks and RVs.

“Our main marketing effort requires staging our transports at horse shows throughout the United States,” said Tom Stinnett, co-owner for Equine Motorcoach and principal of Tom Stinnett Derby City RV, in a press release. “My wife Carolyn, my partner, Julie Calzone, and I have been staffing shows since the inception of Equine Motorcoach. We have done this while running our other businesses that brought us together in this project. We looked far and wide for the right person to represent us and are delighted to announce that Ben Yates has been hired as national sales manager.”

Prior to joining Equine Motorcoach, Yates served as CEO of the Caravan, RV & Accommodation Industry of Australia (CRVA), the top national tourism association for over 4,000 caravan- and RV-related businesses. He is charged with the responsibility of growing the business across America that has already proven to be a hit with horse owners and enthusiasts.

“I am an extremely self-motivated, dynamic results driven person that has a strong history of growing businesses as evidenced by increasing revenue at the CRVA by over 1500% and industry membership by over 1250%,” said Yates. “More recently I established the worldwide sales strategy for the attraction of funds into new hotels and tourist attractions for Tourism Australia.”

Equine Motorcoach currently features two-, three-, four-, five- and six-horse configurations with fully loaded amenities on the interior and exterior. The interior has a spacious full bath, complete kitchen and multiple sleeping accommodations. The horse transport area has air ride suspension and European slant load configuration to provide our horses the best possible ride.

The Equine Carriage ST is part of the tow vehicle and transport line the company is growing. The tow vehicle is built on a Freightliner M2 106 350-hp Cummins with an Allison automatic transmission. The interior features a full shower, bath and kitchen area along with ample living and a high-end entertainment system.
