Escapees RV Club’s annual rally, Escapade, will take place March 17-22, 2019, in Tucson, Ariz. The biggest gathering of Escapees members each year, the event will offer opportunities for education, socialization and entertainment.

According to a press release, each Escapade is packed with seminars, panel discussions, campfire chats, socials and activities for RVers of all ages. What started as a small gathering of 24 families in 1979 has grown to host 900-plus rigs and thousands of members and visitors in it’s 40-year history.

“We’re already looking forward to seeing our many ‘SKP’ friends there,” stated Jim Tidball. As an attendee and volunteer of many years, Tidball has experienced Escapade from multiple perspectives.

Though RV education is a key component of each Escapade, it is the feeling of community and friendship that encourages repeat attendees. Marianne Edwards, founder of Boondocker’s Welcome and popular presenter at Escapade noted, “We left feeling enriched in many other unexpected ways: we felt part of the sharing and caring that are the principals Escapees RV Club was founded on.”

Registration for the 2019 event opens on Sept. 4. To learn more about this event, and to register, visit escapees.com/escapade.
