RV industry supplier Euramax International Inc. reported sharply lower full year 2000 earnings due, in large degree, to lower sales to RV manufacturers in the U.S.
The Norcross, Ga.-based supplier of aluminum products reported its year 2000 earnings declined 71% to $3.3 mill How To Get Back My Love Quickly ion, although its sales revenue increased 0.5% to $599.5 million.
Euramax’ sales to the U.S. RV industry accounted for 14.2% of its revenue in 2000. However, its RV sales declined 2.9% when 2000 is compared with 1999, with the entire decline occurring during the second half of last year.
Meanwhile, Euramax’ sales of specialty coated coil, fabricated doors and windows for European RV manufacturers grew during 2000, although the positive impact was somewhat offset by the U.S. dollar weakening versus European currencies.
