EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC announced the introduction of its new lightweight Reactor travel trailer toy hauler, offering five innovative 19- to 24-foot floorplans.
According to a press release, the lightweight design creates a versatile and spacious interior. A 102-inch widebody design coupled with standard 101-inch barreled ceiling provides an open concept similar to a fifth-wheel, but at an affordable travel trailer price. Reactor has all the essentials, from the kitchen, bathroom and sleeping arrangement to the garage, along with a resort style shower with a large rounded door for additional space.
“We’re always looking for a way to do things differently,” explained Reactor Product Manager Will Gonyon. “We wanted to give more people the opportunity to own a toy hauler, so we created the Reactor line. It’s lightweight and innovative design has all the essentials our consumers want and need. This is built for anyone who needs a smaller, lighter, more affordably priced toy hauler but still want the quality construction of an EverGreen.”
Key features include:
• Jensen entertainment system with indoor and outdoor speakers along with an optional touch-screen stereo with Kicker speakers/subs and amp. The Reactor is also provides an exterior TV hookup.
• A variety of sleeping arrangements include a private bedroom with queen-sized bed on the Reactor 24FQS, 21SA and 23FSB. A HappiJac system lowers a queen-sized bed at the rear of the garage to create a bunk bed with the sleeper sofas below. With the two additional sleeper sofas, the Reactor can sleep eight adults comfortably, depending on the model. A rear roll-down screen allows campers to enjoy the nighttime air.
• Aggressive, cutting-edge graphics package, including a large Reactor logo on the front cap and the rear ramp door. Orange, black and rust stripes sweep the reflective white base color.
“When you think of toy haulers, you don’t usually think lightweight,” said Vice President of Marketing and Sales Doug Lantz. “Our Reactor opens up so many avenues for people looking for a toy hauler that can be towed with a smaller vehicle but still has the valuable garage space and necessary equipment.”
Although lightweight, the Reactor garage is full of quality standard features. Garages range in length from just over 11 to 14-feet and offer a 7 1/2-foot ramp door. Two welded frame toy locks and 6,000-pound D-ring tie-downs are mounted to the frame and an 18-gallon fuel tank and pump system is standard.
