The board of directors for RV industry supplier Fan-Tastic Vent announced the appointment of Penny J. Milks as president, CEO and director for the Imlay City, Mich., company.
The management change follows the passing of co-founders Stephen A. Milks in March and David C. Struck in June.
The firm, which produces air exchange systems for the RV and commercial vehicle industries, said in a press release that Milks had served in “several key positions,” including overseeing the financial end of the business.
In addition, Lorin A. Milks was named as vice president after serving in several capacities in the engineering department.
Struck and Stephen Milks founded the company in 1984, which marked the production of its one-millionth unit in 2001.
