Firefly Training Academy Highlights Buffalo Stop on ’26 Tour

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. — Following a successful kickoff to the year, Firefly Integrations is shifting its focus to the Northeast, highlighting the upcoming Buffalo, New York session of the Firefly Training Academy on Feb. 11, according to a release. As part of a nationwide expansion, this hands-on program continues to provide RV professionals with the technical expertise needed to master modern coach control systems.

Designed specifically for service technicians and dealership staff, the Academy moves beyond theory into practical, real-world applications. Attendees will engage in approximately six hours of intensive, instructor-led coursework. Furthermore, participants can earn RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 continuing education credits upon completion.

Key Training Modules Include

  • System Architecture: Understanding the backbone of Firefly-equipped coaches.
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with precision.
  • CAN bus & RV-C Fundamentals: Mastering the communication protocols of modern RVs.
  • Service Best Practices: Streamlining repairs to reduce “down time” for owners.

Upcoming 2026 Training Calendar

While the Buffalo session is the immediate priority for Feb. 11, registration remains open for the following locations as the tour continues:

  • Lansing, Michigan
  • Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Nashville, Tennessee
  • Lancaster, Pennsylvania
  • Fredericksburg, Virginia
  • Iowa City, Iowa
  • Omaha, Nebraska

Additional 2026 dates and cities will be revealed as the schedule expands.
