The first-ever international Club Fleetwood rally was a success as indicated by the fact it attracted the owners of over 160 Fleetwood RVs, according to executives at the Riverside, Calif.-based RV and manufactured home builder.
The Club Fleetwood rally took place July 7-11 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, Mo.
In addition to the owners of the 160 Fleetwood-built RVs, 30 vendors had displays at the gathering.
The event cost $185 per RV and included breakfasts, a farewell dinner, an ice cream social, educational seminars on how to care for your Fleetwood RV, a Fleetwood RV product display, emergency repairs, evening entertainment and other activities.
Club Fleetwood was formed over a year ago to provide all Fleetwood owners with a forum for fun, education and a feeling of community intended to enhance their experience using a Fleetwood RV, according to Dawn Fann, executive director of Club Fleetwood.
“We were extremely happy with the turnout at the first rally,” Fann said. “It was exciting to see such camaraderie between all the different Fleetwood RV brand owners. It’s a wonderful way to build brand loyalty for Fleetwood RV.”
The next Club Fleetwood rally is scheduled for April 19-23 at the Beaudry RV Resort in Tucson, Ariz.
