Friday was a good day for most RV company stock prices, particularly for investors in Fleetwood and Coachmen, both of which gained more than 5%.

Most other RV company stocks, and the broader market, also closed higher as the week drew to a close.

The “old economy” laden Dow Jones Industrial average gained 119 points, or 1.1%, to climb over the 11,000 mark for the first time in nearly four months.

The technology stock-driven Nasdaq composite also gained 29 points, or 0.8%, on Friday.

Meanwhile, Fleetwood, which has been battered by bad news in recent weeks, gained 1 5/16, or 10%, on Friday, to close at 14 3/8.

Coachmen, which also had to endure some disappointing earnings news recently, climbed 5/8, or 6%, on Friday to close at 11.
